Beginner line dancing meets weekly from 8:00 – 9:00 am. This is for those with no or limited line dancing experience.

Intermediate line dancing classes are 9:00 – 10:00 am for those with some line dancing experience.

Advanced classes are from 10:00 – 11:00 am for those with lots of line dance experience.

There is no charge for any of the sessions and all take place in the Maricopa Room beginning the 1st Wednesday in November through March.

Line Dancing improves brain function and boosts memory. Several studies have shown that dancing is linked to a reduced risk of dementia. In a study by researchers at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, they found that dancing is associated with 76% reduced risk of dementia among the participants.
