The Apache Wells Water Aerobics exercise program offers a variety of moves focusing on flexibility Monday through Friday. All routines are broadcast on a poolside speaker. Recorded programs are 45 minutes and we often do a few more called-out exercises afterward.
Come 15 minutes early to get comfortable in the pool and socialize. There is no fee charged and it’s open to all Apache Wells residents and their guests. Come join us whenever it fits your schedule, whether it’s one day a week or all five for improved flexibility and share in the laughter and fellowship.
Both the summer and winter groups meet periodically for a casual breakfast or lunch get-together as an opportunity to know each other better.
This class is perfect for those looking to make a splash by adding low impact, high energy exercise to their fitness routine. There is less impact on your joints as water creates natural resistance. We will work on cardiovascular conditioning, muscle strength, toning, and balance. Most importantly, we have FUN smiling and singing to the music of the 50’s & 60’s.
Please bring your own pool noodle. Classes are 1 hour and held on Tuesday & Thursday at 9:00 am.
