Apache Wells offers two, volunteer-led yoga classes on Monday and Saturday mornings in the Maricopa Room from 8:00 – 9:00 am.
This is a gentle yoga class designed for those who want to discover and enjoy the healing benefits of yoga in a relaxed, social setting. The focus is on maintaining and increasing well-being, flexibility, balance, and strength, and includes variations for any ability or limitations.
Yoga is open to men and women in the greater Apache Wells community and meets year-round. Bring your mat!
Stretch Fit
Apache Wells offers two, volunteer-led classes on Tuesday and Thursday mornings in the Maricopa Room from 9:30 am – 10:30 am. It is a fun and engaging class that incorporates yoga, Pilates, and hand weights. It is designed to promote well-being, flexibility, balance, and strength. Laughter is one of our best exercises!
Stretch Fit is open to all and meets November through April. Bring a mat or towel for the floor and wear comfortable clothes. If you have questions, call Bernyce Resset.
