Apache Wells offers two free, volunteer-led classes on Tuesday and Thursday mornings in the Community Center Maricopa Room from 7:45 – 8:45 am. 

This is a gentle yoga class designed for those who want to discover and enjoy the healing benefits of yoga in a relaxed, social setting. The focus is on maintaining and increasing well-being, flexibility, balance, and strength, and includes variations for any ability or limitations.

Yoga is open to men and women in the greater Apache Wells community and meets November – April. We are looking for volunteers to lead the yoga class. If you have questions, would like to volunteer to lead, or wish to be added to the roster, please call Buna Greene.

Yolaties

Apache Wells offers two free, volunteer-led classes on Tuesday and Thursday mornings in the Community Center Maricopa Room.  Yolaties are held on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9:30 am – 10:30 am. It is a fun and engaging class that incorporates yoga, Pilates, and hand weights. It is designed to promote well-being, flexibility, balance, and strength. Laughter is one of our best exercises!

Yolaties is open to all women in Apache Wells and meets year-round. Bring a mat or towel for the floor and wear comfortable clothes. If you have questions or wish to be added to the roster, call Bernyce Resset.
